Once your domain request has been processed we are unable to make a change to the domain name. Please be sure to double-check the spelling of your domain during the ordering process since this cannot be amended after the registration has been processed.

If you want to use an existing domain of yours as part of your hostimed.com order rather than register a new one you simply need to select transfer on the domain page when placing your order and enter your domain. Then process your order as normal and once you have received your confirmation email you can point your nameservers to Your Hosting. The details of the nameservers will be provided on the welcome email of hostimed.com while you signup.

The changing of nameservers may take up to 48 hours.

You can transfer unlimited addon or parked domains over to your hostimed.com. Please ensure that the domain’s nameservers are pointed to hostimed.com welcome email:

You then need to add the domain as either a parked or addon domain in your cPanel account. If you would like hostimed.com to manage any of your additional domain please email us at Support@hostimed.com

The domain included with certain hosting plans must be either different extensions of the same domain name or a completely different domain name, as long as it is supported. You can either select this at the time of purchase or by adding this via your customer portal or by contacting the billing team.

By default Domain Privacy is applied on domain Registration. After domain transfer please let us know for the domain privacy.
